The October jobs report is out, and it’s more good news for economic development in Edinburg.
The McAllen-Edinburg-Mission metropolitan area economy added 13,600 jobs in October, year-over-year. The region’s 5.2% growth rate ranked second behind Austin (which ranked second in the entire US) among large metros in Texas.
