EDINBURG, TX – The City of Edinburg is excited to announce a job fair for the community in October. The City of Edinburg, Edinburg EDC, Workforce Solutions, Edinburg Library & Cultural Arts, and South Texas College have created a partnership to make this event happen.
The job fair will be happening at the Bert Ogden Arena on October 8, 2021 from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. with over 100 employers from all around the RGV ready to interview and even hire on the spot!
The Sekula Memorial Library will also be hosting workshops prior to the job fair for those interested. There will be two workshops available. On Tuesday, October 5, 2021, the workshop will cover resume writing from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. On Wednesday, October 6, 2021, the workshop will cover interview skills from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
