EDINBURG, Texas — The Edinburg Economic Development Corporation (EEDC) will host The Franchise Connection: Meet Your Match on Friday, November 13, 2026, at 8 a.m. at the ACE Center, 315 W. McIntyre St. in Edinburg.
The event will bring together prospective franchise owners and investors with franchisors interested in growing their brands in the Edinburg market. Participants will have the opportunity to learn more about franchise ownership, meet directly with franchise representatives, and participate in matchmaking conversations centered on potential business opportunities.
“The inaugural Franchise Connection is about putting Edinburg in front of established franchise brands and showing them that we are committed to attracting new concepts and investment to our community,” said Raudel Garza, EEDC Executive Director. “We want franchisors to see the opportunities that exist here and recognize Edinburg as a place where their brands can establish a presence and grow.”
The event is part of the EEDC’s broader efforts to support entrepreneurship and create pathways for new-to-market brands and prospective business owners to explore opportunities in Edinburg.
Registration includes breakfast, networking, and franchisor matchmaking. Seating is limited, and advance registration is required. The registration form includes a brief series of questions designed to help identify participants interested in franchise investment and facilitate relevant matches with participating franchisors.
