The E3 Program connects youth with career resources and focuses on empowering, educating and employing young talent in Edinburg.

UTRGV’s Professional Education and Workforce Development department offers multiple programs to prepare talent for the workforce. Their innovative Continuing Education program shifts in response to emerging community needs, ensuring that residents are being prepared for opportunities in growing industries.
